Devastating Flood
The devastating flood in our area in February of this year
caused by Cyclone Gabrielle
destroyed everything we had
- home, vehicles, every possession and family heirlooms,
the Needlework Gallery & needlework design business -
and my husband and I almost lost our lives.

Consequently only certain physical products
are currently being shipped
but over time
we will gradually recover from our disaster
and items such as my favourite fabrics, threads, printed designs and needlework accessories
will become available.
​
Please return frequently to ascertain our progress.

In the meantime, most Barberry Row and The Little Kit Company designs
are available as PDF Downloads.

All orders within New Zealand are sent by NZ Post or Couriers.

PACKAGING
Most orders will be sent in a sealed flat envelope, courier envelope or a bubble mailer envelope.
Boxes will only be sent if an envelope is not a viable option.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be sent as soon as possible after your request has been received.
Due to the worldwide situation, no delivery times are able to be guaranteed.
​
Orders containing any out of stock items - these items will be sent as soon as possible
however they may take several weeks for us to receive them before we can forward them on.
​
Once an order has been dispatched it becomes yours and Barberry Row or Heirlooms
cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delays by the postal service or couriers
or any damage incurred during postage, however, every effort will be made to rectify any problem.

RETURNS
My desire is that you are happy with your purchase.
Generally, returns are not accepted, therefore please make your selection carefully and accept responsibility for your choice.
Due to the protection of copyright laws, patterns / charts / designs are not returnable or refundable.

If you are unhappy with a genuine reason with your order, please contact me within two days of receiving your order
so that the problem can be resolved.

BACKORDERS
Barberry Row designs generally are always in stock.
​
Threads and fabrics as per the original Barberry Row design are usually in stock
providing the manufacturer of that item has not discontinued production of the item.
Thread and fabric alternatives many not always be in stock.
If not, they will be ordered for you especially but delivery may take 6 weeks.
​
International orders will only be sent when all ordered products can be shipped.
New Zealand Backorders will be sent at no charge.
