​​PACKAGING

Most orders will be sent in a sealed flat envelope, courier envelope or a bubble mailer envelope.

Boxes will only be sent if an envelope is not a viable option.

​

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the worldwide situation, no delivery times are able to be guaranteed.

Current order fulfilment time-frame for sending website orders is approximately one week from receipt of order.

(I wear all the hats - business manager, accountant, retailer, designer, model stitcher, newsletter writer, webmaster, social media person,

keeper of the home, hostess to the many stitch & gallery open days, events, etc.)

I only attend to shipping orders one day a week as other days are fully occupied with designing and stitching these designs.​

Please know that your order has been received and is being worked on. You will be advised when your order has been sent.

Orders containing any out of stock items  -  these items will be sent as soon as possible

however they may take several weeks for us to receive them before we can forward them on.

​

Once an order has been dispatched it becomes yours and  Barberry Row  or  Heirlooms

cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delays by the postal service or couriers

or any damage incurred during postage, however, every effort will be made to rectify any problem.

RETURNS

My desire is that you are happy with your purchase. 

Generally, returns are not accepted, therefore please make your selection carefully and accept responsibility for your choice.

Due to the protection of copyright laws, patterns / charts / designs are not returnable or refundable.

If you are unhappy with a genuine reason with your order, please contact me within two days of receiving your order

so that the problem can be resolved.

BACKORDERS

Barberry Row  designs generally are always in stock.

​

Threads and fabrics as per the original  Barberry Row  design are usually in stock

providing the manufacturer of that item has not discontinued production of the item.

Thread and fabric alternatives many not always be in stock.

If not, they will be ordered for you especially but delivery may take 6 weeks.
